We check our outgoing mail request daily at 12pm and ship any requests by 3pm that same day.
Step 1.
Go to the mailroom and place your mail in the appropriate package (i.e. envelope, box, padded envelope etc.).
Step 2.
Scan the QR code for the request form located on the outgoing mailbox. Or click here to fill out the details.
Step 3.
Place your package in the Vevor box located in the mailroom.

Step 4.
You will receive confirmation via PilotoMail that your package has been sent, and you will be billed on your next monthly rental invoice. We will also send an email with the tracking information (if applicable) and the packaging fees.
